I'm Preston — your local dog poop scooper and the face behind K-9 Cleanup Unit. I’ve spent more than a decade in the pet industry, so I know animals, their needs, and what makes pet parents breathe easier. I’m certified in adult first aid and CPR, and I’m now proudly pet first aid certified too — because safety and care matter for everyone in the yard.

My wife, my son, and I share our home with four rescued dogs we adore. We built K-9 Cleanup Unit to take a chore off your plate — the one almost nobody loves doing (not that scooping is my passion or anything). It’s simple: our family helping yours, so you can enjoy a cleaner, more inviting yard without the hassle.

We’re committed to the community. We’re working on a partnership with a local no-kill shelter so we can continue supporting pets in need of homes. We can’t save every dog, but for the ones we do save, the impact is everything.

Our work shirts carry two paw prints for a reason: Hercules and Dingo — two beloved dogs we’ve lost. Dingo is also featured in our logo. He was with me from the start, and memorializing him lets his spirit come along for every job. I inspect every yard with the same precision and focus Dingo had, and I call that Kelpie vision — a thorough, attentive sweep to make sure your space is clean and safe.
